Blueberry Zucchini Nut Bread
Because we just couldn't leave well enough alone...we expanded on an old favorite with two new flavors: Blueberry and Peach versions of our Zucchini Nut Bread. Not only did we swap out the original dried cranberries for new fruits, but we added a yummy crumb topping to these two new offerings.
Our Blueberry Zucchini Nut Bread is made with flour, sugar, organic zucchini, blueberries, organic eggs, canola oil, organic vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, organic cinnamon, and salt. The topping is made with flour, brown sugar, walnuts, white sugar, organic butter and organic cinnamon.
Sold as a "loaf-pan"-sized cake.
